Most of what we sell is rare, allocated or one-of-a-kind, and federal law limits how a firearm can change hands once it has been transferred. Please read this before you buy.
All sales of firearms, frames, receivers, build kits and other serialized items are final. A refund is possible only while the item is still in the receiving dealer’s possession and has not been transferred into your name. Once the dealer has completed the Form 4473 and the item is in your name, it cannot be returned to us and no refund will be issued. If you believe an item has a defect, contact us within 3 days of the transfer and we will help you work with the manufacturer’s warranty; in some cases we may, at our sole discretion, approve a return in writing before the item is shipped back to us.
Before transfer. If you cancel an order before it ships, your dealer declines the transfer, or you do not pass the background check, the item returns to our inventory and we refund the purchase price less any shipping already incurred.
Inspect at the dealer. Inspect the firearm carefully at your dealer before you complete the Form 4473. If something is wrong, do not accept the transfer; have the dealer contact us and we will resolve it, including return shipping at our expense if the problem is ours.
Pre-orders require a 50% deposit at purchase, with the balance due when the item arrives (Terms of Service, Section 4). Deposits are non-refundable except where the manufacturer cancels the item.
Unused accessories and apparel in original packaging with tags may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less return shipping. Items that have been installed, mounted, worn or washed are not returnable. Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back; returns without an authorization may be refused.
If a package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right at our expense.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
