Grail Guns, Alabama
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This policy explains what information grailguns.com (the “Site”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, submit the VIP interest form, use the “Ask About This Piece” form, or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, the receiving FFL dealer you name, and the content of your message. For orders we also collect a record of what you bought and when.
Payment information. Card details entered at checkout are encrypted and sent directly to our payment gateway (Authorize.net, provided through Payroc). We never see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of payment, a payment token, and the last four digits of the card.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site logs IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page. We use cookies to keep your cart, keep you signed in, and remember preferences. Cloudflare, which protects the Site, also logs connection data for security.
Information we do not collect. We do not collect your Social Security number, driver’s license number or firearm-purchase forms. The ATF Form 4473 and background check are completed with the receiving dealer, not with us.
To fulfil and ship orders, arrange FFL transfers, process payments and refunds, answer your questions, run the VIP program if you asked to be considered, send order and account emails, and, if you opted in, occasional emails about new inventory. We also use it to prevent fraud and to comply with federal and state firearms recordkeeping requirements.
Service providers who help us operate: Payroc and Authorize.net (payment processing), our shipping carriers (shipping), the FFL dealer you name (to arrange your transfer), Cloudflare (security and performance), our website host, and our email service provider (email). Each receives only what it needs for its task. We also disclose information when required by law, including to law enforcement or the ATF, and in connection with a sale of the business.
We do not sell your personal information.
Federal law requires us to keep acquisition and disposition records for every firearm we transfer. Those records are retained for the period the law requires, which may exceed the retention periods described elsewhere in this policy.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can review or update account information by logging in, or ask us to correct or delete personal information by contacting us; we will honor the request except where we must keep the record under firearms, tax or payment rules. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart and checkout may not work without them.
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We use HTTPS throughout the Site, limit who can access order data, and rely on Authorize.net and Payroc for card handling. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.
We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
