Every firearm, frame, receiver, build kit or other serialized item we sell ships only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that you name at checkout. We never ship these items to a home or business address that is not a licensed dealer, and we cannot make exceptions.
Before we ship we contact your dealer to confirm they accept transfers and obtain a copy of their license. If we cannot reach your dealer or they decline within 10 business days, we will ask you for another dealer; if none can be arranged the order is cancelled under our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Your dealer handles the ATF Form 4473 and the background check when you pick up, and may charge a transfer fee that is separate from anything you pay us.
Rate: $100 per order, 2-day air, adult signature required. Multiple firearms in one order to the same dealer ship together for the one rate where carrier rules allow.
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship a firearm or serialized item to any state, city or county where that item is prohibited, or where a dealer cannot lawfully receive it. By federal law a handgun can only be transferred to a resident of the state where the receiving dealer is located; long guns may be transferred out of state where the laws of both states allow. Items with features restricted in your state (magazine capacity, threaded barrels, certain configurations) are your responsibility to check before ordering, and we may cancel an order we believe cannot lawfully ship.
We do not ship firearms to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Items are marked on their product page where the larger rate applies. Each order carries one shipping charge, at the highest rate of the items in it. Orders that mix a firearm and accessories ship the accessories separately to you and the firearm to your dealer, for the single $100 firearm rate. Magazines and certain parts are restricted in some states and we will not ship them where prohibited.
In-stock firearms ship within 2 to 3 business days after your dealer is confirmed. Accessories ship within 1 to 2 business days. Pre-order and incoming items ship when they arrive from the manufacturer; estimated dates are the manufacturer’s and are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Firearms require an adult signature at the dealer. If a package arrives damaged, do not accept it, or note the damage with the carrier, and contact us within 3 days with photos; we will file the claim and make it right. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package, but we handle carrier claims on your behalf.
